Dr. Joyce Warwick

Dr. Joyce Warwick’s 30+ year career in dentistry began at the University of Pittsburgh, which is where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology. From there, she transitioned to the campus’s School of Dental Medicine to pursue her dental doctorate and, once she graduated, completed a General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital.

Of course, a lot has changed about the dental field over the last three decades, and Dr. Joyce Warwick couldn’t be more excited about it! She loves learning all about lasers, 3D imaging, and other innovative technology and techniques because they allow her to provide even more gentle, precise, and efficient dental care. In fact, while the state only requires 15 hours of continuing education annually, she pursues well over 100 all over the country. As a result, she is a highly awarded and recognized dentist near Uptown Pittsburgh. In addition to being a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a Past President of the Pittsburgh Academy of Dentistry, she was named “Top Dentist” by Pittsburgh Magazine!

In her free time, Dr. Joyce Warwick loves enjoying the outdoors by biking and skiing. She also loves rooting for the Penguins, playing the mandolin in a local orchestra, and traveling with her family!

Dr. John “Jack” Warwick

Believe it or not, Dr. Jack knew he wanted to be a dentist when he was just 12 years old! Fortunately, he had a family friend to guide him and ultimately become his mentor. Dr. Jack even worked at their dental office during college to learn all about the field.

As for his studies, Dr. Jack first earned his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh. Then he pursued his dental doctorate at the campus’ School of Dental Medicine. He knew that this was just the start of his education and training, which is why he also undergoes more than 100 hours of continuing education each year. He has a special interest in obstructive sleep apnea as well as cosmetic dentistry, which allows him to help patients in Uptown Pittsburgh with everything from the look and health of their smile to their overall quality of life!

It's also important to note that Dr. Jack’s accomplishments are quite impressive. In addition to being a Fellow of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, he is a Fellow of Begg Orthodontics and a certified Invisalign provider.

Naturally, much of Dr. Jack’s life in and outside of the office is spent with Dr. Joyce, which he is very grateful for. He also loves using his free time to play tennis!
